Bookkeeping & monthly close
Transaction categorization, receipts, and a clean close each month with financial statements you can actually read.
Bookkeeping by a CPA, CMA
Mint & Ledger keeps small businesses reconciled, categorized and ready for tax time, so you always know where your money stands.
Your transactions are categorized and reconciled by a real person who knows your business, not left to automated rules.
Before your books are closed each month, a CPA reviews them for accuracy. No month goes final without that review.
Your monthly close follows an established schedule with clear deadlines, so you always know when your reports will arrive.

About
Mint & Ledger is run by a CPA and CMA, and it was started to give small businesses the kind of careful, accurate bookkeeping that's usually reserved for much larger companies.
My background is in hands-on accounting operations: bank statement analysis, QuickBooks Online, accruals and journal entries, and documenting bookkeeping procedures.
When you work with me, you work with me directly, not a rotating team or an automated service. A CPA reviews your books every month, and every close has a set deadline.
